- Provide personalized food and beverage services to Club Members and guests
- Pleasant disposition and must be able to communicate in English
- Plan table arrangement; set-up and clear tables where required.
- Take F&B orders and repeat orders to ensure correct orders have been taken.
- Pick-up orders from the Kitchen / Bar and serve them to Members / Guests.
- Enter charges in the MICROS / POS system.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Polish silverware; glassware; cutleries; etc.
- Prepare mis-en-place at side station before operations.
- Attend briefing before operations.
- Ensure cleanliness of restaurant.
- Provide F&B service at functions and events.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to Members / Guests.
- Update menu knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with established service standards.
