Responsibilities:
Operation Management
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services and clinical care in the clinic
- Provide leadership on the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Review, standardize and streamline workflow and processes
- Manage all administrative functions and reports
- Act as point of contact for Management
- Compliance with PHMC and MOH Ethical standards
HR/Staff Management
- Oversee, recruit and coach a team of dental nurses
- Manage all manpower requirements and HR policies, Payroll, Leave Management, etc
- Planning and management of staff/dentists schedule
- Staff appraisals
- Arrange regular clinic staff meetings
Inventory Management
- Management and negotiation and purchasing with suppliers within budget
- Conduct regular stock take and ensure good level of stocks at all time
Customer Management & Others
- Manage customer enquiries and other customer service/operational issues
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
Business Development
- Business Development in terms of expansion of clinics and patients growth
- Marketing planning and execution of promotion
- Assist and development of social media marketing
Requirements
- Can-do attitude and positive demeanour, a people person
- Able to work independently
- Diploma/Degree in Management Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of operations management & supervisory experience
- Candidates with healthcare/hospital work experience will have an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
