We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to join our team as the Global Integrated Marketing Manager. This pivotal role will report directly to the Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and will operate globally from our head office. As a pioneering company in the new energy intelligent complete logistics chain sector, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the industry with our innovative electric vehicles and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, event management, and CRM, with a focus on driving engagement, fostering industry relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities. Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in B2B settings, is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute company events, product launches, industry seminars, conferences, and trade exhibitions. Ensure seamless execution and maximize participation and engagement.
- Marketing Material Development: Create and develop marketing materials, including product brochures, data sheets, and other collateral. Build marketing assets to support product positioning and sales efforts.
- Visual Content Creation: Develop product images, computer-generated imagery (CGIs), and videos to showcase our products and services effectively. Utilize creative skills to produce compelling visual content.
- Product Positioning: Develop and refine product positioning strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to target audiences.
- Product Marketing: Lead product marketing initiatives, including segmentation marketing, to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our products and services.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implement and manage CRM systems and processes to effectively manage customer relationships and sales pipelines. Utilize data insights to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Sales Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion. Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Industry Relationships: Maintain and nurture relationships with industry stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers. Represent the company at industry events and forums.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product marketing, event management, and CRM.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset with proficiency in visual content creation tools and software.
