The role encompasses assisting the HOD to oversees, manage and coordinate all Building/Project & Facility (BPF) projects, liaising with contractors and stakeholders to meet project schedule and achieve cost efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage a team of consultant, contractors, and project executives
· Ensure all relevant submissions are in line with project schedule
· Manage project cost and resources to achieve maximum efficiency, ensuring timely delivery and full compliance with requirements
· Ensure all relevant submissions are in line with project schedule
· Provide regular project updates, risk identification to management and internal team
· Assist the HOD in any other project management related activities as required
Job Specifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Construction / Building / Management / Project Management / Engineering related studies from recognized university
· At least 8 years of relevant experience
· Sound knowledge of Project Management procedures
· Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to visualise issues and communicate them across to others
· Outstanding organisation, coordination and leadership skills
· Strong team player and able to work to the deadline
