- To ensure that the food and presentation quality is constantly maintained.
- Ensure food items are prepared according to company standards of quality and consistency.
- Controls cost by minimizing spoilage, waste, proper storage and exercising strict portion control.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Prepares on daily basis food requisitions as assigned.
- Reports any equipment on the section which needs repair of maintenance.
- Maintaining of cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
- Performing any other duties assigned by Management.
- Responsible and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Humble and willing to learn and grow together.
- Good working attitude.
