Our company was incorporated in November 1988. Our principal activities are engineering works for Fire Protection Systems and Fire Safety-related services. We envision ourselves as a one-stop fire safety service provider, encompassing fire safety consultations; SCDF submissions and approvals; installation, maintenance and development of value engineering design concepts, in support of the value chain of M&E services.
We are now looking for an Administrative Executive to support us in our expansion plans: The main job scope includes:
- Maintenance contract administration and servicing job scheduling
- Administration of service reports and job sheets
- Handle billings and email correspondence with customers
- Manage accounts receivables and follow up on payment
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, pleasant disposition
- Partial remote working arrangement can be discussed
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Diploma Holder
