Responsibilities:
- Provides creative measures and Initiate improvement to work process in the area of safety, waste elimination, cost improvement and productivity improvement.
- Participates in reliability engineering analysis to drive continuous uptime improvement through defect elimination, troubleshooting and conducting detailed failure analysis.
- Provides trainings and share knowledge. Verify, validate, analysis past equipment history & current data.
- Troubleshoots and repairs faulty equipment. Execute predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance program for mechanical equipment on a timely basis.
- Provide support to the plant operations to improve reliability of equipment. Perform non-destructive testing and analysis on mechanical equipment such as Vibration Analysis and Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement.
Requirements:
- ‘O’ Level; Professional Certificate/NITEC in Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in chemical or petrochemical industry.
- Hands-on experience on fix and rotating equipment maintenance.
- Good team player and able to respond to after office hour call-up as and when needed.
