We are a SME construction company looking for suitable candidate to join us as an HR admin cum accounts officer.
Job scope comprises of the following:-
- Maintaining the accounts and ensure they are in order
- Maintaining the book keeping records for the yearly audits by our external auditors
- Generating invoices, credit notes, quotations for our clients
- Monitoring and ensure the payments are prompt by our clients
- Generating documents such as LOAs and etc that may be required
- Maintaining and updating the foreign workers records in MOM websites
- Familiar with foreign worker levy payments, foreign workers OFWAS, WPOL, PCP payments, CPFs, AIS, bills payment and etc
- Tabulating the salaries and any claims that may arise from our workers and issuing the payslips
- Maintaining the AL, MCs taken by our workers and staff
- Managing and replying the emails
- Meticulous and responsible
We regret to inform that we do not have quota for pass holders, therefore we are looking at sg, PRs, LTVP holders and we welcome those mummies whom requires flexi work hours or wfh to look after their young children. Salary will commensurate on the experience that you possess and working hours.
