Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide front-line services such as registering patients, coordinating and scheduling appointments for patients, attending emails and call enquiry for patients
- Handle billing and insurance-related matters such as issuing invoices and collecting payments, applying for letters of guarantee and pre-authorisation; preparing and submitting claims
- Chaperone the doctor when needed
- Dispensing of medications
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clinical support for the clinic
- Patient counseling for preps and medication
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills and customer service skills
- IT Savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite
- Salary will commensurate with experience.
- Familiar with use of Plato
