Responsibilities
Operations:
- Scheduling of daily collection / delivery.
- Resolving daily collection / delivery issues.
- Tabulate trip allowances.
- Conduct weekly toolbox / training session.
- Perform cross training for team members.
- Ensure the maintenance of all vehicles.
- Submission of Safety Induction Course / Other related courses.
- Responsible for team performance & discipline.
- Work closely with Customer Service & Operation Team.
- Positive problem solving attitude.
- Act as backup for other fleet supervisor during their absent.
- Coordinate ah-hoc emergency response.
- Off on alternate Sat / Standby 24/7.
- Incident report submission – lead investigation/determine root-cause/corrective & preventive plan.
Compliance:
- Adhering to Standard Operating Procedure & Risk Assessment.
- Drafting of Standard Operating Procedure & Risk Assessment.
- Adhering to Company’s Policies.
- Adhering to Company Safety Rules.
Requirements
- Min ITE holder/Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working
experience - IT savvy (Words / Excel / Power Point) minimum
- Possess class 3 driving license
- Independent, self-motivated with good coordination and communication skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment; Team oriented and dynamic
