- Position : Accounts Assistant - AP -SIMPLE DUTIES
- Location : Bukit Batok - Few bus stops from Bukit Batok MRT
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday - Friday 8.30am-6.00pm (flexible working hours)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,700 Basic + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
- Duration : Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Handles Accounts Payable (3-way matching), cash flow in/out, prepare payment listing and payment vouchers
- Updating of bank records and reconciliation
- Daily Data Entry to accounting system
- Verify all documentation are accurately tallied
- Handle petty cash and staff claims
- Prepare monthly general ledger report
- Assist in completing all audits and other compliance matters
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Accountancy
- Good communication skills.
- 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
well-organized, meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
