JOB DESCRIPTION
· Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed
· Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing department
· Set clear goals and objectives for team members and evaluate performance regularly
· Manage digital marketing channels such as websites, email marketing, social media, and online advertising
· Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
· Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website and social media performance, making data-driven decisions
· Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials
· Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
· Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize results and ROI
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals
