JOB DESCRIPTION
· Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings for senior management
· Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as required
· Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, responding to emails, calls, and messages promptly and professionally
· Coordinate with internal teams to address client requests, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of products or services
· Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency in day-to-day operations
· Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement
· Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly updating databases and systems
· Support managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects, including tracking progress and deadlines
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
· Assist in preparing project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations

· Diploma and above
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
