JOB DESCRIPTION
· Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talents
· Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
· Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
· Building relationships with applicants and past employees
· Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process
· Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events
· Organizing internal career fairs and job market related seminars
· Developing soft skills assessment for new hires
· Assist in training session preparation when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma in Human Resource or related discipline
· Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
· Proficient in Microsoft office
