Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with consultants and subcontractors
- Identify the required materials and details from the consultant and co-ordinate with contractor for submission and approvals of drawings and construction details
- Plan and manage site activities
- Lead the onsite team ensuring project completion schedule and conformance with the contract documents
- Liaising with consultant on technical / design and co-ordination issue and submission to authorities
- Identify all discrepancies in the drawings and design and bring to the attention of the Owner / consultant
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 5 Years of working experience in A & A related field
- Demonstrated leadership experience and working with others.
- Able to work independently
- Preferred with driving license.
