Our client is one of the top-tier banks globally and in Singapore, rapidly and aggressively growing their business in APAC. They are currently seeking a Senior Software Developer (.NET, C#, Angular) to support their activities.
The Senior Software Developer will take a leadership role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced solutions within a .NET environment, tailored to meet specific Line of Business (LOB) requirements. This position requires extensive experience in Agile methodologies to manage sprint deliverables, communicate risks or impediments, and facilitate collaborative discussions within a globally dispersed integrated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture and Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated solutions in alignment with LOB requirements, leveraging expertise in .NET technologies.
- Agile Project Management: Apply advanced Agile methodologies to oversee sprint deliverables, proactively communicate risks or impediments, and ensure timely resolution during daily stand-up meetings.
- Collaborative Engagement: Drive collaborative discussions within an integrated team dispersed across various geographical locations, fostering innovation and implementing technical solutions to address complex challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive proficiency in .NET Framework and C# for architecting and developing high-quality solutions.
- Advanced expertise in HTML/CSS for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Strong command of modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or similar technologies for front-end development.
- In-depth knowledge of Entity Framework for efficient data access and manipulation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL Server and/or Oracle Database for managing complex data structures.
- Experience utilizing Aspose.NET for document processing and manipulation.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Angular, XLR release tool, ALM, and/or Octane test tools for optimizing development and testing processes.
- Someone who has worked on iOS apps & Mobile experience such as Swift or SwiftUI is HUGE BONUS !!!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering advanced .NET-based solutions in an Agile environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to mentor junior team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing complex technical challenges.
