Job Description
- Supervise, lead and to motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide retail management standards to level of excellence customer service
- Execution on sales strategies and promotional activities to drive sales growth and meet revenue goals.
- Customer Service Management (Customer satisfaction and resolving any complaints)
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing feedback and coaching to team members to improve sales and customer interactions.
- Upkeeping store visual merchandising and maintaining company branding guidelines
- Displaying strong knowledge of brands and updated on industry trends. To effectively and educate customers about our brand while providing styling advice
- Training of new hires on latest SOPs, branding, product knowledge and sales techniques
- POS management/ cash management and reconciliation.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, stock transfers, and conducting regular stock checks to maintain adequate product availability.
- Ensuring periodic stocktaking are in order
