Marketing & Analytics Manager

The role involves overseeing various aspects of brand promotion, marketing, analytics, and content management to ensure effective brand positioning and customer engagement. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, designing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, managing analytics to optimize campaigns, and coordinating content creation and management. This position reports to the Marcom Director and interfaces with the Marketing and Sales, and Learning & Development teams.


Job responsibilities


BRAND

  • Ensure brand consistency within brand guidelines when promoting the brand in a campaign and/ or on social media platforms;

MARKETING

  • Develop, design and execute concepts and ideas for webinars, events, email campaigns and market research plans, including copywriting and editing of the campaign to touch the necessary target segments (these concepts and ideas may or may not require forms of video story telling but if it does, should be scripted out accordingly to enhance the campaign);
  • Review potential target markets for market segmentation to execute on the campaign
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to develop strategies to utilise website / social mediaplatforms for the execution of email marketing strategies and plans;
  • Manage Product launches and events;
  • Negotiate and liaise with creative agencies, where required, to ensure quality, timelyand cost-effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Be able to manage webinar platform backend (Zoom, Bigmarker) where required.
  • Manage budgets where appropriate;

ANALYTICS

  • Analyse and develop reports so as to review the campaigns with the appropriate stakeholders;
  • Develop measures, based on analytics, to enhance customer experience and improve future marketing campaigns based on identified areas of improvement;
  • Review stats together with team to improve on conversions for email campaigns, websites, newsletters, socials and touch platforms that the company is using

CONTENT MANAGEMENT

  • Manage website content by working with key stakeholders and team on direction for copy, visuals, and video
  • Work with Product Teams to develop content for brochures

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Communications, Media or Marketing, or a relevant field (eg. Business)
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Meticulous and analytical
  • Be able to work as part of a team as well as an individual contributor
  • Outgoing personality, enjoy meeting people
  • Good presentation & communication skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Familiar with social media tools and engagement
  • Familiar with SEO and SEM
  • Experience in Marcom will be an advantage
  • Location: Singapore (hybrid)
