- Develop and recommend new products, and refine existing prototypes to meet customer briefs and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with inter-departments to improve project flow and success rate.
- Evaluate and record all flavour trials and performance
- Maintain accurate and retrievable database of all projects and recipes
- Assist in sourcing of materials needed to meet project deadlines
- Work with internal stakeholders to support flavour quality related issue
- Identify and implement continuous improvement to work processes
- Laboratory and equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or related
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Possess good knowledge in technical developments related to areas of expertise
- Prior experience in flavour industry an advantage
- Meticulous, with good organizational skills
- Able to work well independently and in a team
