Job Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This includes coordinating with the baker to determine the types and quantities of products baked each evening.
- Staff Management: Guide and manage store staff, conduct training and development to ensure team performance meets company standards.
- Customer Service: Enhance customer satisfaction, handle customer complaints and suggestions to ensure a high-quality customer service experience.
- Inventory Management: Manage store inventory to ensure accuracy and timely replenishment of goods.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Management or related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least two years of retail management experience, preferably in the food industry or a bakery.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in office software and sales management systems. - Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese; basic English reading and writing skills due to the need to communicate with bilingual associates.
