Responsbilities
- Oversee all on-site technical and engineering aspects, ensuring adherence to company quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Lead project planning and monitor progress and schedules, ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to address project requirements, providing technical expertise and documenting resolutions as needed.
- Support the Project Manager in preparing monthly progress claims and reports.
- Ensure that supervisors and foremen meet both client and regulatory standards.
- Uphold environmental, safety, and health practices throughout project execution.
- Identify and propose cost-saving measures and innovative engineering solutions.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in technical and engineering roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
