Job Scope
- Assist in handling recruitment process such as posting advertisement, arranging interview, employment contracts and etc aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Admin portal MOM on work pass related applications / issues.
- Prepare confirmation letters and monitor contract expiry for renewals.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, training records, and performance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal policies in all HR activities.
- Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior.
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
