Training & Development:
- Figure out what training is needed: Talk to the people who need training or look at their skills to decide what new training we need or how to make existing training better.
- Create training materials: Make the stuff we need for training like lesson plans, manuals, and presentations.
- Set up training: Get everything ready for training like finding a place, getting equipment, and making sure we have what we need.
- Teach the training: Run the training sessions on things like how to do treatments, know our products, handle customers, and sell stuff.
- Check if training works: Ask people how they liked the training and see if it helped them do their job better. Then, tell the bosses what we found and suggest ways to make training better.
Training Quality Control & Audit:
- Check if people are doing their job right: Go to where people work to see if they're using what they learned in training the right way and following the rules.
- Keep an eye on workers: Watch how beauty therapists are doing and if they need more training, tell the bosses.
Requirements:
- Diploma in related field
- Other certificates or qualifications in beauty or therapy, would be a bonus
- Worked for at least 2 years in a similar job. It's even better if you've worked in customer service, retail, or beauty/spa before.
- Be ready to travel: You'll need to travel a lot for work, especially to other countries where our company has offices.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language to communicate/engage with Chinese trainees.

- Salary: $3,500.00 + Performance bonus
- Working days: Mon - Fri
- Working hours: 9:30am – 6:30pm
- Location: HQ office at Queenstown
