Job Description:
• Overall, in charge and responsible for various system supporting customer services.
• To be responsible for Infra for company’s System supporting and maintaining
• DNS Servers, Postfix, VMware Cluster, Cpanel
• Acronis, Veeam Backup solution
• Window Server Operations System and Linux
• Monitoring servers like Nagios and Cacti
• Implement and support third party cloud services.
• Manage and guide a group of system engineer to ensure smooth operation of day-today business.
• Involve in providing solution to customer requirement related to system services
• Maintain service SLA for system services through continuous improvement of system
uptime.
• Plan and design expansion of system infrastructure as business grows.
• Maintain the security of the system servers through industry best practices.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of system related issues.
• Support scripting for the related supported applications
• Meeting customer and site installation when required.
• Perform service request and changes related to system services.
• Maintenance of back-up events and monitoring systems
• Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution
• Responding to, solving of, first and second line incidents and monitoring all systems elements.
• Standby for after office hours escalations.
Reqiurements:
• Diploma or Degree graduate.
• Strong knowledge of managing system servers under Window OS and Linux
• Strong knowledge of managing storage system supporting physical and virtualization environment.
• Good knowledge of IP networking and Security
• Acquired valid Microsoft certifications and related Linux certification.
• Acquired related virtualization certification.
• Self-motivated, right attitude, independent and always keen to learn new technologies.
• Good analytical skill and problem-solving ability.
• Dedication to customer service and customer satisfaction
