Logistics Assistant (Administrative Support)
(Tuas of Singapore)
Responsibilities :
· General clerical duties;
· Daily inbound/outbound order handling;
· Verification of Tally Sheet from Customers
· Posting of all Transactions in Warehouse System
· KPI report Data Preparation
· Prepare documentations
· Prepare weekly and monthly reports for billing
· Administrative operations.
Requirements:
· GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level with credit in English;
· With bookkeeping knowledge an advantage;
· Accuracy in numbers and good typing skill;
· Computer literate, familiar with MS Office and MS Excel;
· Pleasant personality and work well under pressure;
· Able to interact well with Colleagues;
· At least 1 year logistic administrative experience.
· As there is no remaining quota for foreign workers, Locals and immediate neighboured country may apply;
· ABILITY to work in Tuas of Singapore should only apply.
