Responsibilites
- Perform routine administrative tasks, including but not limited to cheque deposits, filing, document control, and mail handling.
- Manage employee tax matters such as IR21 and IR8A submissions.
- Oversee the probation, confirmation, appraisal, and promotion processes for staff members.
- Provide administrative support for office operations, including arranging travel logistics such as air tickets, accommodations, and transportation.
- Administer various HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, payroll administration, performance reviews, training and development initiatives, employee relations, and orientation programs.
- Ensure timely renewal of company licenses and permits.
- Manage the application and renewal of permits and passes for both workers and office staff.
- Handle payroll processing and manage leave applications, including tracking attendance and inputting data into the system.
- Draft warning letters for employees when necessary and maintain proper documentation.
- Undertake additional ad-hoc duties as required by the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English and other language skills will be a plus.
