Job Title: HR Assistant (ID4573)
Location: Pioneer
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am – 6.00pm
Salary: $2700-$2900
Responsibilities
• Onboarding and off boarding process
• Arrange Recruitment and interviews
• Prepare and issue employment contracts, HR-related letters and memorandums.
• Maintain staffs profile
• Ensure HR process follow company policy
• Application, renewal and cancellation of work pass
• Handle insurance and road tax
• Follow MOM up to date regulation
• Arrange company vehicle inspection and servicing
• Arrange and update training records
• Handle payroll, leave, cpf submission and statutory claims, etc
• Process IR21 and IR8A
• Handling employee relations issues such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties delegated from management and superior.
Requirements
• O Level and Above
• At least 2 years HR Assistant Experience
• Team player who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, reliable and analytical.
