1. Job Description
• Design and develop PC based automated visual inspection systems for our full range of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluate and feasibility study on the customer’s vision specifications.
• Responsible to integrate any new vision hardware (camera, frame grabber, etc) onto the vision software.
• Troubleshooting and improve the processing time of the inspection.
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers to fulfill the inspection requirements.Change the vision inspection algorithm to improve the inspection capabilities and its performance.
• Be the key driver for continuous improvement plans for new and existing inspection capabilities.
• Coordinate with customer for any new enquiry with sale personnel if needed.
• Work closely with the vision application and optics team members to produce the best inspection result.
• Build and nurture a culture in engineering organization of harmony, quality, ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
2. Job Specification
2.1 Minimum Qualification:
a) BS Science Diploma or higher in electrical and electronic, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent practical.
b) Technical troubleshooting experience.
2.2 Experience:
Minimum 2 years in related field.
2.3 Preferred Requirements:
a) Relevant technical work experience including automation machine system troubleshooting.
b) Experience working with end customers.
c) Understanding semi-conductor manufacturing process, vision inspection settings, machine software settings and configuration or equivalent practical experience.
