Responsibilities
- Generate Timesheet from in-house software, review data for duplicate entries, incorrect entries. Get approval from SOM for submission to HR to proceed with payroll processing.
- Check maintenance monthly completion (ideally 90% above) and remind all team Supervisor to ensure completion and no missed visit.
- Prepare PTW for maintenance works to clients for approval.
- Apply and submit request to access job sites.
- Prepare monthly call reports to clients & finance department
- Coordinate with all school clients on MOE SBI checklist completion
- Coordinate & submit several requirements to Finance (Accounts Receivable) for maintenance invoicing.
- Arrange existing workers & new hire safety certification (WAH, MSOC, OPSOC)
- Assist SOM to raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) daily.
- Prepare & email yearly servicing schedules to clients.
- Assist & advise technicians on device issues (in-house device, outlook, reset passwords)
- Ensure field personnel submit their leave application, medical chits, and urgent leave via e-leave system.
- Collate/submit department stationery orders on a monthly basis.
- Any other ad-hoc duties / tasks assigned by Managers.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
- Relevant experience
