Job Summary: The role of the SEO Content Manager - [Region] is to take ownership of the growth strategy for the SEO Content channel in a particular region. You’ll lead a team of Specialists who operate locales within your region. And you’ll create, iterate and deliver a long term plan for growth.
Goal: The objective of this role is to generate sustainable growth in your region by supporting existing locales and launching new ones within our economic constraints
KPIs: We can measure success in many ways, and I encourage you to discover new and better ways to do so. In the meantime, here’s the metrics that’ll inform the actions and projects you take on
- Performance: Region MNC and registrations
- SEO metrics: Region organic traffic growth
- Region economics: Region payback and growth
Responsibilities:
- Generate new customers for Wise in your region
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of Specialists and challenge them to reach their objectives
- Work with the SEO Content Lead to create a hiring plan for your region
- Work with the specialists in your team to ensure locales operate within payback
- Own channel reporting at a regional level and ensure locale reports are insightful
- Structure and coordinate the planning and retro cycle for your region
- Be the point of contact for our channel in regional meetings and with PMMs, PMs etc
- Create a long term vision and plan for your region, which is delivered in quarterly plans
- Identify tests or opportunities for growth within your region, executing to achieve them
- Know our product (features, launch timelines etc) and customers in your region
- Set realistic targets for your region and inspire and motivate your team to achieve them
- Ensure your region achieves forecast performance
