Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify additional sales opportunities through service excellence.
- Capable of handling repetitive duties efficiently; possesses excellent communication and organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative, upbeat approach to work
Requirements
- At least Diploma or Degree preferably in Mechanical / Controls
- Ideally with 1 - 2 years of Build Environment Industry
- Able to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment
- Communicate effectively, Customer orientation, Flexibility and self learning
- Good Negotiation skills, Professional attitude, Teamwork
- Energetic, sales-driven and good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office; Excel and Powerpoint
- Good to have; Knowledge of ACMV/BMS in Building Sector
- Good to have but not a must; Possession of a class 3 driving license with own vehicle
