Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
Oversee project management and ensure timely development and implementation aligning with key Directors' perspectives.
Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring adequate personnel and resources are available to deliver high-quality projects and services.
- Supervise all upcoming and ongoing projects from tendering to handover.
- Engage with clients and consultants on project matters, attending meetings as necessary.
- Identify the necessity for implementing a formal design control, verification and validation program as per tender or contract requirements
- Review and validate all design system details, coordinating with project managers and consultants to ensure completeness and functionality of services.
- Assess pre-contract cost estimates, cash flow projections, feasibility studies, and cost analyses conducted by the QS team across all aspects.
- Ensure all work adheres to approved designs, materials, and specifications outlined in the contract.
- Lead and Manage Project Teams
a. Deliver service standards expected by clients and consultants.
b. Utilize materials fitting project specifications.
c. Ensure project schedules are met punctually.
d. Resolve project site issues promptly.
e. Review, monitor, and enhance project management systems, workmanship, and site quality continuously. - Actively participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.
