4. Team Coordination:Coordinate kitchen staff, providing assistance as needed and fostering a collaborative work environment.
5. Staff Training:Train kitchen staff in the preparation and cooking of all menu items, maintaining consistency and excellence.
6. Inventory Management:Take stock of ingredients and equipment, and place orders to replenish stock as necessary.
7. Safety and Sanitation:Enforce safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen for the well-being of staff and patrons.
8. Menu Innovation:Create new and exciting recipes to keep the menu fresh and enticing.
9. Industry Trends Awareness:Stay up-to-date with industry trends to bring innovative and contemporary elements to the menu.
10. Feedback and Improvement:Receive and analyze customer feedback, making necessary improvements to enhance dining experiences.
11. Work Flexibility:Work on public holidays and night shifts to meet the demands of our dynamic restaurant environment.
