Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the success of the project, including deliverables, timelines, and P&L.
- Form, train, and manage a project team to meet project objectives.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with the customer.
- Recruit and manage vendors to provide services required by the project.
- Develop SOPs to guide the project team and to ensure quality.
- Track and monitor project progress, taking necessary actions to address gaps.
- Communicate information and instructions to the project team and vendors.
- Conduct periodic audits and checks on vendors.
- Investigate and take corrective actions for complaints.
- Provide periodic project progress updates to management, including revenue and cost forecasts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in large-scale projects.
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicles is a bonus.
- Knowledge in training would be beneficial.
- Understanding of quality systems and project financials.
- Strong ability to work with and manage customers, project teams, and vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable to work with various systems.
- Independent, diligent, meticulous, and responsible, and poses a positive attitude.
- Driving license and preferably own transport.
