Job Description
• Manage stationed cleaners, float team and Supervisors
•Recruit and deploy workers/ supervisors for existing and new sites
•Take charge and resolve operational ground issues when the needs arise
• Handle clients’ complaints and attend to emergency calls
• Fulfil clients’ expectation and requirements and ensure good customer relations
•Coaching and guiding direct reports on work-related issues
•Ensure high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the customer premise as per contract requirements
•Conduct inspections to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below standard performance
•Any additional duties (including hands on cleaning duties) as and required
Requirements
•Relevant hands-on experience in related field
•Diploma or Degree Holders
•Good communication and interpersonal skill
•Able to accept 6 days work and attend to last minute work assignments
