Operational:
- Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the assigned outlets
- Lead a team of Senior/Outlet Managers in achieving sales targets and overall performance of outlets
- Overall accountable to an area or portfolio assigned including P&L, fulfillment of targets and policies of the company
- Ability to lead and set directions as well as provide guidelines to the operation team according to company SOPs and operational workflows
- Monitor sales and provide routine/monthly sales reports with recommendations for business reviews with management
- Ensure proper cost control on all expenses according to budget and provide suggestions on cost saving
- Review and provide feedback to Outlet Managers and the team with relations to job assignments according to operational needs in order to achieve and maximize work efficiency
- Cooperate with various supporting departments to ensure smooth daily workflow
Service and Quality:
- Maintain and improve established quality and service standards
- Uphold the highest standards of food quality and food hygiene standards across all outlets by conducting regular inspections
- Develop subordinates by providing ongoing feedback for operational improvement and establishing performance expectations
- Direct and manage outlets according to the company SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Conduct investigations & prepare reports for all incidents happened at outlet and put up recommendations
- Ability to respond to the customer or team members comments and feedback professionally
- Manage staff performance and disciplinary issues
- Resolve customers’ complaints and operational issues
Administrative:
- Strategically plan and review weekly manpower schedules to achieve optimal operational standards and control manpower costs effectively
- Effectively communicate company policies and procedures to staff
- Prepare and timely submission of reports to Operations Manager and relative supporting departments
- Review staff performance and provide recommendation on staff confirmation, promotion and training to enhance their work performance
- Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, disputes and work tension among the team
- Perform other tasks or duties assigned by the Operations Manager
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of supervisory experience in relative industries: F&B/Customer Services/Hotels/other hospitality sector
- Positive working attitude with good teamwork spirit
- Possess leadership skills with ability to guide and coach a group of Outlet Managers
- Responsible and ability to maintain quality of work
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong adaptability to a fast-pace working environment
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and etc)
- Knowledge of POS systems
