Job Scope
- Preparing & verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- Liaising with customers for resolving any invoices issues raised
- Arranging & sorting of delivery orders
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirement
- Relevant Experience is preferred
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin
- Tech-Savvy and be willing to learn new Software
- Ability to work in a Fast Paced environment
- Ability to be Independent and a Positive Team Player
- Ability to Multi-Task and cope with the deadlines
- 5.5 Day Work Week
