The role reports to the Global Network Operations Programs Group (GNOP) which executes the company’s strategy by identifying and managing programs of change that enable Global Network Operations to achieve service excellence and operational efficiency.
Role Purpose
The role is to ensure a sound understanding of various project requirements and associated effects of changes to Global Network Operations that support the business in achieving the goals and objectives set. You manage projects in terms of scope, costs, resources, and overall deliver to objectives and goals.
You take strong ownership of a specific business process areas and the development road map to achieve both tactical and strategic objectives. The role combines project/product management skills with subject matter expertise to translate quickly developing business demands into the right IT and business solutions and/or process.

Responsibility
- Influence, manage or motivate the direct/indirect team members including project work objectives, performance and management where required.
- Ensure business groups are supportive of identified changes, involved, informed and all necessary decisions carried into the development of new/better processes and systems.
- Manage a global, virtual team drawn from Operations, IT and other in support of the project objectives.
- Ensure that products/solutions are properly signed off and accepted, then deployed into the relevant processes, with strong follow-up as needed.
- Lead and manage the development of solutions that meet the project and/or change requirements. This may include multiple work-streams on a project.
- Take strong ownership of a specific business process area and the development road map to achieve both tactical and strategic objectives.
- Determine organization structure, roles and responsibility and performance targets for the programs.
Requirements
- Professional Project Management certification preferred. (e.g. PRINCE2).
- Business Degree OR equivalent experience.
- Certification or experience in requirements analysis/gathering, process definition and related work.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2-3 years’ project/program management
- Exposure to Business process, analysis and testing.
- Experience in managing process and requirements development.
- Experience across country and regional level with Global Experience preferred.
- Good communication skills, presenting ideas clearly and effectively to business partners and other project team members.
- Strong customer service focus, problem-solving mindset, and analytical skills.
