About the Job
This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our digital products and services, ensuring that user experience stands at the forefront of our value proposition.
The Head of User Experience will be responsible for:
- Establish and oversee the UX vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with MoneyHero Group's business goals and user needs.
- Manage and mentor a team of user researchers and product designers - managing resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables to meet strategic objectives and deadlines.
- Explore and validate problem statements across design, marketing, product, operations and customer service teams in order to discover and align on strategic opportunity areas for research and optimisation of our overall user experience.
- Support teams to define research goals, understand their assumptions, formulate hypotheses and determine the most appropriate methods of data collection and analysis.
- Champion a user-centered design process, integrating user research and feedback into the design lifecycle.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- 10 years + experience in a user experience related role: user research, product design or service design
- A deep empathy for users and a passion for enhancing their interactions with digital products.
- A track record of successful UX projects that have led to measurable improvements in user satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Expertise in a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods and the ability to apply insights to drive design and product decisions.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, marketers, and executives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Good to have:
- Experience in managing and scaling UX teams, including hiring, mentoring, and developing talent.
- A bachelor’s or higher degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
