JOB DESCRIPTION
As Account cum Admin Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
Establish, maintain and reconcile full set of accounts
Prepare monthly P&L, income statements and balance sheets
Process and record monthly invoices
Maintain proper accounting record and filing
Filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents
Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc.
Oversee office supply, upkeep, and repairs. Give management administrative support.
