Job Description:
- Greet and assist customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
- Inventory stock and reorder when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing,delivery,and after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the curtain and textile fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Knowledge of curtains,fabrics and relevant products will be a distinct advantage.
- Familiar with market trends and competitive landscape in the curtains and textile sector.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
