Job Description:
1) Work with Consultants and Project Teams on the procurements of works for construction projects
2) Prepare budget estimates, pre-tender estimates, and post-tender cost analyses.
3) Write specifications, and prepare and compile tender documents for calling tenders.
4) Conduct tender briefing/site show-round
5) Call and close tenders/quotations
6) Evaluate tenders and quotations and present tender evaluation report during Project management meeting
7) Compile Contract Agreement for Project Management’s execution
8) Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
1) Degree in Construction/Contracts Management or Quantity Surveying from local or recognized institutions.
2) Minimum 3 years experience in quantity surveying or contract administration.
