Responsibilities:
· Supervise employees in meeting quality requirements, communicate issues to relevant senior managers
· Manage store relevant problem including the cash in cash out, product qualities and quantities, etc.
· Receive, track, and resolve complaints from employees and customers
· Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
· Arrange timetable,content and jobs responsibilities for each employees.
