A leading real estate management company specializing in comprehensive property administration and maintenance services. The incumbent for this position requires at least 4 years of experience in preparation of leasing documentation.
- Monday to Friday, office hours
- Basic $4,500 - $5,500 (depends on experience)
- AWS (13 month) + VB (2.5 months)
- Location - Central, City Hall/Esplanade
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare Letter of Offers for new and renewal of Leases and Licences
- Prepare documents for Variation to Letter of Offers/Agreements, Novation, Pre-Termination, etc.
- Preparation of letters for lease-related matters, including letters to tenants for application of utilities and reminders of lease obligations
- Conduct Business Profile Search for prospects and tenants
- Update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & maintain an efficient document system
- Ensure compliance with internal/external audit checks
- Track and process all lease-related matters
- Maintain and update in-house system with lease information for billing purposes
- Handle POS integration related matters
- Process security deposit refunds to tenants
- Handle GTO related matters
- Liaise with appointed lawyers for agreement preparation
- Perform other administrative support to the department (e.g., document sorting, scanning, processing, filing, e-filing, processing payments, managing stationery and office supplies, etc.)
Reports:
- Prepare and maintain Lease Monitoring/GTO submission/POS-integration reports periodically and ad-hoc for tracking purposes
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with a major commercial landlord
- Comprehensive knowledge of Landlord/Tenant obligations in commercial terms
