Our client is a JPN MNC flame-retardant manufacturer with over 100 years of history.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in managing the existing network of distributors, aligning their activities with internal Business Unit metrics.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and participate in appointing/developing new distributors in untapped territories.
- Provide support to distributors in meeting the sales targets, contributing to the overall regional sales objectives.
- Collaborate closely with distributors to develop tailored strategies for each market and market segment.
- Regularly monitor distributor sales performance on a quarterly basis and offer constructive feedback to improve their performance.
- Assist channels in positioning our instruments effectively in the market relative to the competition.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and provide relevant insights to aid in decision-making.
- Offer support to the distribution network through conducting seminars, training sessions, customer visits, and participating in exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Science or Chemistry
- 1 to 2 years' experience in experience in plastic / chemicals industry / Trading business is advantage
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and computer skills
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
