Job Description:

We are currently seeking a multi-talented and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Operation Executive specialising in outdoor sales and inventory management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in timely and efficient product deliveries and assisting with inventory management including warehouse operations.


Responsibilities:

1) Conduct sales activities, including promoting products to customers and processing of orders.

2) Building and maintaining positive relationship with customers.

3) Collaborating with the team to synchronize production and sale delivery efforts.

4) Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.

5) Product deliveries and prospecting of sales.

6) Assisting with inventory management, warehouse activities, including organizing and arranging of inventories.

7) Operating an electric stacker for efficient warehouse management.


Requirements:

1) Friendly and approachable demeanour.

2) Self-confidence and the ability to work independently.

3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4) Must be a team player and ready to assist in shop activities when required.

5) Physically fit and able to lift loads of up to 25kg.

6) Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

7) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

8) Experience in driving a manual transmission vehicle.

9) Experience in operating or willingness to learn to operate an electric stacker in the warehouse.

10) Basic computer knowledge preferred, with a commitment to ongoing skill development.

11) Willingness to upgrade skills through classes for better task performance and job enhancement.


Compensation:

This position offers a competitive base salary along with a commission structure based on sales performance. The overall package includes annual leave and additional benefits.


Training and Development:

We are committed to the professional growth of our team members. Training in basic computer skills, electric stacker operation, and ongoing development opportunities will be provided in-house or through external courses.


Work Schedule:

The role involves a 5 and a half days workweek.
