Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding inquiries about related services.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant teams.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer effective solutions.
- Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality or relevant disciplines
- Min. 3 years of experience call center agent, customer service representative, or in a similar role.
- Comfortable with working on shift hours and on weekends
- Proficient in English and at least one of the following languages: Chinese, Malay, or Tamil.
- Proficient in computer applications relevant to customer support (e.g., Zendesk).
