Responsibilities
- Liaise with stakeholders and Financial Representatives for Higher Appointment exercise
- Assist in the preparation of documents, forms and agreements for stakeholders and Financial Representatives
- Consolidate and manage appeals for management review
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of letters of appointment to Financial Representatives
- Assist to manage the internal mailbox and reply to enquiries from Financial Representatives regarding Higher Appointment
- Provide support in preparation of sales and financial reports
Requirements
- Minimum Degree or Diploma qualification
- Business or analytical background from the finance industry with working experience of at least 1 year
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team player with high level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good work attitude
