The Job:
- Support administrative requirements of business and required by the HR Manager and/or Office Manager
- Support travel plan calendar
- Accurate and timely planning/preparation for all VISA applications
- Expenses claim administration and compliance
- Admin support to associates for assistance as needed in general
- Back up support to Office Manager as situation requires
The Requirements:
- Min Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
