Job Description
- Coordinate and follow up on Customer's Inquiries, Quotations, Purchase orders & Collection of payments
- Developed new customers through cold calls.
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with existing and new customers.
- Work closely with the Sales Team and provide support to prepare quotations and coordinate with customers.
- Handle any additional miscellaneous tasks as needed
Job Requirement
- Min 1 year of working experience in sales support, customer service preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel
- Well organized, excellent interpersonal and good communication skills
- Working experience in the same industry is advantage
